Automotive Interior - Reactive Polyurethane Hot Melt Adhesive (PUR)

Reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive is a moisture curing hot melt adhesive formed by the reaction of polyol, resin and isocyanate. It is suitable for bonding a variety of materials. Common bonding materials include: ABS, PC, metal, etc. PP plastic parts need to be surface treated before they can be effectively bonded by PUR. PUR applying process is different from the one of ordinary hot-melt adhesives. It requires special PUR hot-melt adhesive equipment and needs to isolate air during use. It can be applied in strips, spot coating, spiral spraying, roll coating, etc. PUR's opening time and initial bonding strength are adjustable, which can be widely used for automotive headliner attachment bonding, sunroof edging, rear package tray fabric lamination, etc.
